I'm a full-time Real Estate Agent and have held my license since 2008, with more than 300 transactions completed. I specialize in residential transactions and have ample experience with first-time home buyers, relocations, move-up buyers, sellers, short sales, foreclosures, second homes, and investment properties. I not only have ample experience in residential real estate, but I also understand market data — and one of the things I'm best at is explaining market trends to my clients so they can make an informed decision about their real estate transaction. I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2007 from Los Angeles, CA. I graduated college with a B.A. in Business Administration from CSULA and worked in residential lending for a couple of years before transitioning to Real Estate sales a short period after I relocated to Arizona. I chose a career in Real Estate because my passion is to serve and help people feel safe during such a large transaction. I'm fluent in Spanish and use technology to fit my clients' communication needs in real time.
