Born and raised in the heart of the Phoenix metropolitan area, I’m proud to call Arizona my lifelong home. I am married and the proud parent of two grown children, and I truly value the time spent with family and friends. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy gardening, cooking, fishing, and camping—embracing the vibrant outdoor lifestyle our state has to offer.
My journey into real estate began in 2023 as the Director of Operations for The Pinetop Properties Group with Keller Williams Arizona Realty. In this role, I gained invaluable behind-the-scenes experience managing operations, supporting transactions, and delivering exceptional client service. Building on that foundation, I moved back to the Phoenix metropolitan area to launch my career as a solo agent with Keller Williams Arizona Realty, powered by the Kristan Cole Network.
Prior to entering real estate, I spent more than a decade as the co-owner of a successful construction company. That experience shaped my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality—skills that now give my clients a unique advantage when buying or selling property.
